HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have read through the reviews and was very relectant to upgrade from logten pro 6 to version X. I have been using logten pro for many years. The fact I am FORCED into an upgrade at full price in order to work with icloud is absurd. With all of that being said - iCloud sync did work across my devices after upgrading. (although it wasnt really upgrading was it? It was a NEW PURCHASE)
