Pro App and Support

This software is the best logbook software out there. It gives you a lot of choices to customize it. I’m a fractional pilot who uses this software not only to log flights and various types of time, but for airlining and duty time tracking. I use the trip and expense tracking capability to keep track and maintain reports. I also sync with an iphone for use on the go. I love the ability to export my trips and flights as iCal items and add them to my calendar. It all works out great. And the support is awesome. I have used this software since 2007 and upgraded to each version as it came out. This release seems to be the most significant and it has been the program any pilot shouldn’t do without. I have had to submit my logbook to their support staff on three occasions. One or two of those were my data entry errors and another was due to errors that came up when a new release was issued. In every case, it was super easy to submit my data file along with a description of the problem. Support staff quickly got back to me and I had the corrected datafile back to me within two days. I can’t say enough for their people. They are truly interested in making the product great. The fact that I can buy the software through the Mac App store and install it on any computer and multiple times is very valuable.
