Nice product, but dissapointed with the company

I really love this log book. I pull out my phone after each leg when the brake is set and pop the times in my phone… well not any more.

Now it appears we have to pay a subscription just to use the mobile app?!? It’s crazy, the money I have spent in the past on this logbook for my computer and iPhone, now I pay another $99.00, and am being asked to pay additional money just to put the times in as I arrive the gate? I really disagree with this and hope this company thinks otherwise. This used to be a program I would recommend to the person sitting next to me, now I will steer them clear unless they want to pay money every year just to use their software like the multitude of other non subscription e log bok services out there.

Again, I really have found this to be a great product, just can’t disagree more with charging loyal customers a yearly fee to simply and easily insert the times on a mobile device before transfering to the desktop computer. I can no longer spread the good word of LogTen Pro.
