Program is pretty good.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IT THE SUPPORT. They started charging an annual fee last year, which I understand, they need to make money. However, they said they needed to do this help support their products. The only way to contact them is through “discussions” on their web page. I am currently on day 5, my dad on day 6, of waiting for a response. Neither of us have working logbooks while they take their time getting back to us.
The iCloud sync has never consistently worked properly. Sometimes it takes a few minutes, other times days. Sometimes it says “Last Sync: Just now” yet it doesn’t update any of the data from my iPhone where I have logged flights.
I’m getting pretty disappointed and frustrated with this company.
